These were reviewed and Land of Lakes Roofing was awarded the contract to do the job based primarily on our impression of Kevin Fenner, his professional manner and the best price. Kevin started and completed the job on schedule and within budget. We found him to be very hard working, honest, dependable and a personable man. We have been more than satisfied with the quality of his workmanship. Since the completion of the job we have experienced several severe wind storms with rain and there have been absolutely no leaks.
